The Graceful Gathering is a conference for photographers. We specifically design our conference with kindhearted wedding photographers in mind but strongly believe that you can benefit from this community no matter what your photography niche is.
We are so thankful for the amazing companies who have come alongside us and have poured into our amazing conference. Whether they joined us in person, gifted a course, or sponsored a smaller gift every sponsorship enhanced the experience of our attendees and we couldn’t be more grateful!

Something unique that we have included in all of our conferences is styled shoots, and not just one, but multiple! A styled photography shoot is a collaborative effort between a photographer, stylist, and sometimes a designer or florist. The goal of a styled shoot is to create a cohesive aesthetic, often for use in marketing materials, social media posts, or editorial publications.
Styled photography shoots are an excellent way to showcase your skills and build your portfolio, collaborate with other photographers and the opportunity to experiment with new techniques and equipment. We love watching our attendees creativity come to life and the images they create are absolutely gorgeous!
We created not one, but four styled shoots for our attendees to choose from. First, we have our Detail Style Shoot styled and led by photographer Samantha Zenewicz with Styling Collective. We had beautiful flat lay styling items from The Savvy Rabbit and breathtaking rings from Anna Marie’s Jewelry.

Second, we had a Lavender Shoot and it was so dreamy! Planning and design by Sirpilla Soirees, Nicole did such a beautiful job! Everything from the drapery, to florals, to the cake was absolutely stunning.

Third, we had a Tropical Style Shoot designed by Sirpilla Soirees. The gorgeous florals were designed by Andrew Thomas and are stunning bridal gowns by The Dress Medina, Willowby Waters and Martina Liana!
