Question 1: How do I use the template?
You'll need a free account on Canva to be able to make a copy of the template into your own account. To use the PDF, go to CANVA, create a design, then go to upload a file. Upload this PDF and then add in your own photos. You can print the shot list out, copy and paste it into a Note in your phone, or download the PDF or Canva onto your mobile phone to keep at hand during a wedding day.
Question 2: How do I customize the template?
We first recommend creating a template version of the entire guide that has your photos, your copy and brand voice, your brand colors and fonts. From there, we recommend saving the guide to your phone. You can either access it via the Canva phone app or you can download the PDF or the Canva images as JPG images that you can then send to your phone.
