Our Brother is Married! Andy & Rebecca’s Wedding Day

Rebecca and Andy’s intimate Ohio ceremony was like none other we have ever captured before. There are a few reasons for that because they too, are Mr. and Mrs. Cannon. Andy is Robert’s brother that used to sit across the table and make faces at me when Robert and I were in high school. They were both really close growing up so it was such an honor to capture their day. Rebecca is as sweet as can be and such a beautiful bride. We are so excited for them as they head off on their honeymoon.

This wedding was even more exciting because Robert was the best man and our little guy, Max was one of the ring bearers. He smiled the entire ceremony and continued to peak around the corner with a giant grin on his face just to see if his mommy was taking his picture. As I finished up the blog post he continually asked me if there were more photos of him or not. Melts my heart.

I cry at some point at almost every wedding but seeing the sweet emotion of a couple that we love so much was so sweet. It was such a huge reminder of just how much I love what we do. Even on a day when I’m trying to play photographer, mom, and wife all at the same time it was 110% worth it. Worth it to capture their memories, worth it to witness their first look, take in the reminder of what a sacred and special blessing marriage is, and see the excitement in their eyes.

Thank you, Rebecca and Andy for trusting me with your memories. I don’t take it lightly and we are incredibly excited for the two of you as you begin your journey of marriage. We are so thankful for the love that you share for our sweet babies and we can’t wait to continue to watch you build your lives together! See you both in a few weeks!
