Lilla and Craig’s Intimate Wedding Day at Lantern Court Estate

Lilla and Craig had a beautiful wedding day at Lantern Court Estate this past weekend. It was our first time at Lantern Court which is part of Holden Arboretum. We absolutely loved it! We are always looking for gorgeous historic wedding venues that are full of beautiful character. Lantern Court certainly did not disappoint. Add in Lilla’s impeccable taste and style for a truly classic and timeless look and it made for a gorgeous Cleveland wedding at Holden Arboretum.

The Wedding Day Details at Holden Arboretum

Lilla carefully selected every detail for their intimate wedding at Lantern Court Estate and not a single thing went unnoticed. From the adorable ring box with their names engraved to the thoughtful handwritten vows in their vow books she really didn’t miss a beat. They had an antique car pull right up in front of the estate and the floral arch done by Andrew Thomas Design was an absolute show stopper! Not to mention her gorgeous bouquet and of course my favorite, sparkly Kate Spade shoes.

Rain on Your Wedding Day

They say to have rain on your wedding day is good luck. If that is true Lilla and Craig are set. Not only was there some rain but it softly rained throughout the whole ceremony. Now, many might think this sounds devastating but they didn’t let it get them down and honestly it made it almost magical. Their positivity and pure joy even in the rain was such a beautiful picture of the wonderful marriage these two are beginning. They truly reminded me that even when life gets tough to keep moving forward with a smile on our face and really look for the beauty in each moment.

I was so thankful that both Ashley and I brought along a total of almost 20 umbrellas! They were a perfect fit for the day and added such a fun detail to the photos too!
