Round Two of The Graceful Gathering

The Graceful Gathering, a styled boutique conference for kindhearted wedding photographers was even better than we could have imagined. The room was filled with the sweetest photographers and most amazing industry leaders ready to pour into each other.

The Graceful Gathering Round Two was hosted at The Madison in Cleveland Ohio. It is a large white space that made for the perfect blank space for us to create something truly magical. We began the event on the back patio with a welcome party and ice cream social. It was so nice to say hello to everyone and enjoy the sunshine before we kicked off the conference the next day.

Then we got up bright and early for a final sound check. Made sure breakfast was ready to go and attendees began rolling in for registration. First day we kicked off a jam packed day full of education, small group time, and yummy food.

Soon it was time to relax, freshen up, and get ready for the Gala. We came back to enjoy pizza and a night of fun together. Everyone mingled and enjoyed the evening before heading back to the hotel to rest up for day two.

Next morning we kicked the day off with more intimate morning pow-wow sessions. We offer a variety of different topics and create a relaxed discussion field presentation over coffee. Following the morning pow-wow sessions we started the day with an amazing keynote speakers. Then we broke out into various breakout sessions and then back into the same panel groups from day one.

I carefully select who is in what panel group based on attendees goals and what they’re hoping to learn more about. This allows the groups to lead a discussion in a way that is beneficial for everybody in the group and it’s such an impactful way to be for people to truly make long lasting connections.

This is one of our favorite parts about Graceful Gathering and something I think makes this a very unique and special environment.

We enjoyed swapping head shots for everyone and we had lots of fun snacks along the way. Then, before we knew it was the end of the day, we wrapped up the end of the day with some incredibly dynamic keynote sessions and singing amazing grace. This is a tradition that was spontaneously started in round one and just felt so organic and fitting. Then, we all came together to say our goodbyes.

On the third day, we had multiple styled shoots and editorials that were absolutely stunning we cannot wait to see The Graceful Gathering Round Three come together at Magnolia Hill Farm in April 2023. We are already blown away by the details that are falling into place and we cannot wait to see who is going to join us!
