Kani and Samir met us at the iconic Wrigley Building. It was freezing , class Chicago weather , but you’d never know it by looking at these two. They brought warmth with every laugh and loving glance.

And, of course, the architecture here is a dream: clean white stone, beautiful lines, and reflections from the Chicago River. No matter what the season, it’s always a stunning location that brings timeless elegance to every image.

Ellie and Robin’s session at the Art Institute of Chicago was like stepping into a romantic movie. From the moment they arrived, their chemistry lit up the scene. We explored the grounds together, stopping at our personal favorite, the spiral staircase tucked within the museum. It’s quiet, elegant, and absolutely breathtaking.

This space gave us everything we love as photographers: dynamic light, dramatic lines, and just the right touch of intimacy. The Art Institute isn’t just a beautiful place to visit or a cultural landmark, it’s one of the most inspiring spots for a modern love story.

One of the best things about being Chicago Illinois wedding photographers? The food. Always the food. Here are a few must-stops we love:

• Au Cheval: The best burgers we’ve ever had. Ever. We’d wait in line every time. 
• Levain Bakery: Just down the road from Au Cheval, their cookies are perfect for a post-lunch stroll. Even our corgi, Roma, would have braved the cold for a bite.
• Quartino: Pro Tip – you can order half-size pasta servings so you can try multiple dishes. We always share because choosing one favorite is impossible. 
• Gibsons Italia: Banana gelato that dreams are made of. Even Robert, who doesn’t love banana, can’t stop thinking about it.
